Job Description

  • Produce high quality plates including design and taste
  • Oversees, and supervises kitchen staff
  • Ensures the food is of top quality, and the kitchen is in good condition
  • Oversees line, checks quality and stock of prep
  • Comply with high standards of cleanliness, staff safety, and food safety throughout the shift
  • Oversee prep lists, the amount of prep, and maintain the quality of our products

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
  • Collaboration, teamwork, and organization
  • Planning, and time management
  • 7 day a week availability, and be able to open a shift at 6:00 am
  • Excellent communication, and listening skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn, and listen
