Position Summary:

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our dining operations. You'll lead a dynamic team, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell. From managing daily operations to fostering a positive environment, your role is critical in maintaining the high standards of service and excellence that Food & Thought 2 is known for. Your mission: keep the vibe positive and the guests happy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
  • Hospitality Enthusiast: A true passion for guest service and hospitality.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliability: Dependable, trustworthy, and always punctual.
  • Energy: Positive, energetic, and able to keep the team spirit high.
  • Empathy: An empathetic leader who can connect with guests and staff alike.
  • Values: Shares our values and is ready to bring their A-game to our dynamic restaurant.
  • Language Skills: Must be proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish being a plus.
  • Footwear: Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that the company does not provide).

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
